EvGateway shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, lost profits, or data loss. Liability is limited to $1 U.S. where exclusion is not enforceable.
You agree not to submit content that violates rights, contains viruses, is unlawful, offensive, or unsolicited. By submitting content, you grant EvGateway a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and distribute the content. EvGateway may remove or refuse content at its discretion.
The Site may contain third-party content or links. EvGateway is not responsible for such content and does not endorse or verify it. You are responsible for evaluating third-party content.

This Agreement is governed by California law. EvGateway may terminate access at any time. You consent to jurisdiction in Orange County, California. EvGateway reserves the right to change this Agreement by posting new terms.
If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains effective. Additional usage fees may apply per transaction, ranging from $0.25–$0.50, and EvGateway may change this fee without notice.
All software and data on the Site are “commercial items” as defined under federal regulations. U.S. Government users acquire the software with restricted rights as set forth in 48 C.F.R. provisions.
Information from third-party licensors is subject to Section 2 of this Agreement. Additional third-party disclaimers may appear on their respective pages, which you agree to by using those services.
You confirm you are of legal age to use the Site and agree to pay for all services ordered through it, including applicable taxes. Third-party services may have additional terms, which you must comply with.
EvGateway respects your privacy. Personal data is collected only when knowingly submitted (e.g., registration, purchases). Non-identifiable aggregate data may be shared, but not personal data without your consent or legal requirement.
We may send promotional emails, which you can opt out of. The Site may use cookies to improve experience and track usage. Cookies do not contain personal data unless combined with submitted information.
